Yes, it is extremely safe for use by everyone and has been successfully used by countless individuals seeking to regain control of their health. By using the body’s innate ability to repair damaged or diminished cellular communications through our easy-to-follow workbook, the body is provided a unique temporary GPS roadmap for each individual’s body to integrate and allow cellular restorations, or CURE, to occur. This natural artificial roadmap is unique to each of us, just like our fingerprints. No two individuals are quite the same!
The “technology” that is artificially introduced to the body while on our system was originally developed for use by astronauts while in space. NASA scientists discovered that the human body absorbs nutrients differently in a zero-gravity environment while in space than it does here on earth. They found a much more efficient means of delivering vitamins, minerals and supplements in zero gravity was to imprint vibrational frequencies onto a wearable adhesive to ensure proper delivery was maintained while the body was subjected to extreme physical dynamics. You will not be hungry while on this system when your body is in an accelerated fat burning state or “ketosis”. Although the amount of food you will be consuming each day may seem small, the number of calories your body will be burning will be quite large. And those calories are from your body’s existing stored fat reserves! You will be utilizing anywhere from 2000 to as much as 8000 kcal/day. Your body will quickly become a fat burner vs. a sugar burner. By burning fat, your hunger will diminish naturally and your cravings and blood sugar swings will begin to balance accordingly. As an added result, your body will benefit in many other ways also when cellular communications are being restored.
There should be no cheating while on our “system”. The foods that we recommend are listed in our downloadable workbook and are specifically chosen for you in order to get the absolute best results. Cheating during our ReTrain or ReSet phases will knock your body out of fat burning and back into sugar burning mode. This can and will compromise your desired results and could cost you 10 - 20+ lbs. of fat loss. Our system is designed to function over a relatively short duration of time depending on the amount of fat loss desired, and every day is critical to the outcome and successfully correcting both your cellular communications and metabolism. Cheating will not ensure you optimal results, and ultimately this is the most important thing - producing an amazing, lifechanging result for you.
We encourage you to stay active and maintain whatever your current level of exercise is while on our Total Body Transformation customized fat loss system. There may be special circumstances unique to you that may not be sufficiently addressed in our Home Edition workbook, so discuss with your physician any specific questions or concerns you might have if necessary. As a general rule, aggressive exercise or increased exercise while on our system can be counterproductive. The goal of the ReTrain portion of our system is not to build muscle, but rather to get your already existing muscle to work for you. Remember, exercise alone will not correct weakened cellular communications or diminished metabolism.
Absolutely not. We just want you to eat real food and follow our specific food lists provided to you in our downloadable workbook. The food list is specifically chosen to meet the human body’s dietary needs while on the ReTrain and ReSet phases of our customized fat loss system. As you will discover, there is nothing special or “unique” about the foods we include in our system and you will be able to find them at any local grocery store. The real foods you are eating are already special, as they are the ones your body specifically needs to work in unison with the cellular communication enhancements being carried out to successfully ReTrain and ReSet your metabolism.
Yes, when you purchase and download our Sound Body Systems Total Body Transformation Workbook, we include a “Welcome Kit" as our gift to you at no charge. In the Welcome Kit we include a variety of tools and resources to assist you on your journey through our system, including a weekly meal planning guide for quick reference and easy use. Many food preparations firms are capable and willing to make complete meals that adhere to our specific functional nutritional guidelines. Meals are reasonably priced and can be ordered online by visiting their various websites for home or office delivery. This can be a great option for those that have busy lifestyles or don’t want to have to measure, weigh and prepare meals either regularly or on occasion.
Yes, more than likely. Any products containing metabolism disruptors should be changed and/or replaced during the ReTrain and ReSet phases of our system. Included in our Welcome Kit is valuable information on the dangers of many of the products we use on a regular basis. Our Sound Body Systems Workbook list many of the substitute personal care products we recommend while on the ReTrain and ReSet phases our system. If necessary, please discuss with your physician any substitute products that may be required for your specific use while on our system.
Yes. As long as your server can accommodate your specific food requirements and you can stay out of the bread tray, then you will be just fine. However, many restaurants marinade their foods in oils, sugars, or other ingredients that could compromise your results and knock you out of sustained fat burning mode or “ketosis”. Ask the chef about grilling or baking your food and eliminating any cooking oil ingredients before, during or after preparation to keep you on track towards your goals and objectives while on our system. Do not assume anything and be clear with your server. Let them know that these are strict recommendations and are part of your functional nutritional program.
Yes. We do not recommend them. In our opinion, they are dangerous and will ultimately not get you the result you are looking for. Also, extreme extended caloric restriction diet could potentially damage your health and metabolism even further. Our system is not a low-calorie diet but rather a low-calorie allotment. It is actually a very high calorie approach that taps into your abnormal, stubborn, and unwanted body fat. You are actually burning thousands of calories of body fat every single day. For example, did you know that a 150-lb male at just 8% body fat has an extra 42,000 calories of stored energy in the form of fat? These are the same stored calories packed around your waist, hips, and thighs. Research even suggests that when your body is using fat for energy this can upregulate specific genetic markers coded for increased fat metabolism. Yes. In some cases, fat loss this significant and this fast is potentially dangerous. However, this is only true if the individual is losing muscle, water, and/or structural or essential fat. Unfortunately, this is a common phenomenon that takes place with fad diets, pharmaceuticals, extreme exercise, and low calorie processed food consumption. Just losing weight by lowering a number does not always translate into a healthier you. What is most important is the type of weight you are losing.
